Vinification
Whole grapes processed directly in the press with a maximum yield of 35%. Fermentation at controlled temperature of 14 °C and later elevage on the fine lees for about three months.

Organoleptic characteristics
Light straw yellow color with greenish reflections. With a long stay on the lees, it has an elegant nose, a vibrant, fresh palate, with pleasant acidity and medium structure. The perlage is refined and long-lasting.
Manufacturer's recommendations
Ideal with seafood crudités and fried vegetables, it goes very well with the whole meal, even fatty foods that are not too salty. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 C°.
